The recipient of the Dr. P. Allen Hammer Scholarship was announced as Karen Schneck , an undergraduate bookman meditate gardening and entomology at Kansas State University . Allen Hammer Scholarship from Dümmen Orange has made it possible for me to fine-tune college without any student loans or other debt . This scholarship has put me on a track that opens up many wonderful and exciting path for me . It is such an honour to be named the recipient of it . ”

Dr. Chad Miller , Associate Professor of Landscape Horticulture at KSU and Karen ’s Academic Advisor , share like sentiments . “ This scholarship is a great way to recognise and brook some of the great undergraduate horticulture students that will be going into the industry . Karen , and many others , are the succeeding leaders of the industriousness and for them to be honored and recognized for their hard employment and effort through their discipline is much appreciated . ”
Karen adds , “ no matter what take place , I get laid I have it away to grow plant life and I plan on working with them the rest of my aliveness . ”
