Looking forward to warmer days

It ’s well below freezing here in Zone 5 . I ’m indoors with my houseplants andseed catalogsdreaming of springiness ! I took all of these photos in my garden here in the Okanagan Valley , Canada ( just north of Washington State ) . Everything is covered in methamphetamine and blow right on now , so it ’s been marvelous to take a look ahead at what ’s to come !
I ’m a new gardener , householder , and young mum . I ’ve been garden for half a XII geezerhood now ( since we first bought a house with a yard ) . I think I ’d grow mainly vegetables , but now my thousand is completely filled with perennial efflorescence ! There always seem to be too many plants and not enough space .

I peculiarly enjoy easy - to - develop inflorescence perennial and bulbs , as well as Thomas Kyd - well-disposed crops like strawberries and direct - seed veggies . I ’m also enjoying larn about dissimilar organicmulchoptions and living green mulch flora .
