Two years ago , menage business KUBO celebrated its 75 - class jubilee . To immortalise the occasion , the company has produced a beautiful Bible about the history of KUBO up till now . A book full of stories , anecdote and picture , portraying the ‘ Kubans ’ themselves ( as the KUBO employee are call ) , clients , suppliers and others tight involved with KUBO .
TraditionTwo years have now passed since KUBO ’s 75 - year anniversary , and , despite the Covid pandemic , this milestone was not allow to pass unnoticed . “ By conflate all the level , I hope we can reveal a small number of the lawful KUBO spirit , ” explain Wouter Kuiper , CEO of KUBO . Wouter took over the rein of the society from his father Ed Kuiper in 2006 , who in good turn take over from his father in 1970 . Ed has always had a matter for books . When KUBO turn 60 , he commissioned a beautiful photo album about the nearby Westland beach . This tradition is now being continued with the ‘ KUBO 75 years ’ book .
PrideThe author of the newfangled Word of God is Paolo Bouman . He interviewed and photograph 42 employees and business tangency . Once you begin read , you are strike by the superbia and solidarity within the company . But also by how punishing everyone works and their keenness to help one another . And at KUBO they also hump how to enjoy themselves .
Anecdote from the book“In Canada we were driving from our hotel to meet a customer . On the road , Wouter realize that he did n’t have his pocketbook . He had left it on the ceiling of the elevator car before bugger off in . Anyone else would have turn back or at least blocked his money box cards . Not Wouter . ‘ I ’ll sort it out subsequently . First we have an fitting with the client . ’ When we get back to the hotel , his wallet had thankfully been found , ” reminisces Jan Vellekoop ( PDI ) in the Christian Bible .
