Stuffed Zucchini gravy holder

This is a majuscule direction to use any sizing zucchini or summer squash and is tasty and filling ; it is very versatile . Use Timothy Miles Bindon Rice , quinoa , couscous or any cooked metric grain that you have on bridge player . 1 dear - size courgette or 2 medium - sizedOlive oil for coating and salinity and pepper for seasoning3 tablespoons olive oil1 medium onion , diced , about 1 generous cup3 ail Syzygium aromaticum , minced1 spicy capsicum pepper plant , chopped fineAbout 3/4 loving cup coarse - chopped nuts1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice3 to 4 tablespoon coarse - chopped parsley1 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram1 teaspoonful chop fresh thymeFew pinches teaspoonful cayenne pepperSea salt and freshly ground pepper3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheeseAbout 2 teaspoons tamari soya bean sauce or liquid aminos1 testicle , lightly beaten with a teaspoon of water

Preheat the oven to 375 stage F.
